I found the hotel cleaners were thorough and honest. I felt secure with all my belongings. I appreciated Rajneesh from housekeeping. Joni in the Coral lounge was also amazing.

The location is great. The beach is a short walk away. I got excellent views from my balcony. The staff were always friendly and helpful. That is important. Breakfast had many choices. The food was AMAZING!!!
The pool was a little busy in the morning.

This hotel is located conveniently, so getting around was easy. the breakfast had great options, the executive lounge provided amazing views and delicious food. i especially appreciated the birthday surprise with the room decorations. It felt very thoughtful. there is also a padel court.
the limited number of sun loungers around the pool sometimes made it difficult to find a spot quickly.

the room was very spacious with comfortable beds. the view was AMAZING!!! also, the room was everything was super clean, so this was a highlight. everything was well kept and added to the quality of the stay.

The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. i found a freshly made to order eggs selection. avocado toast. there was an italian restaurant. Portions were suitable for two people. the greek restaurant was pleasant with outdoor seating.

the staff were polite and professional. francis at the aqua restaurant was very cheerful, kind, and always ready to help. aldiwal and ramesh in concierge were always available. raj in housekeeping did a great job looking after the room.

the location is in front of the beach. the hotel is close to the beach and easy to get around with the metro, tram, or taxi. the spa offers massage sessions.

rajneesh kept our room clean i found this. methul was a wonderful host in the coral lounge for breakfast he was very attentive to us.
the pool is shaded all day it does not have any beds or a private beach

i liked the hotel location it was very central. the room was spacious and comfortable but i don't think its a five star. i want to thank raj who cleaned my room everyday he was a lovely man.
the breakfast was awful it was a real disappointment. the staff were quite rude and the food was inedible. the sports bar staff really let it down there were two servers and i was ignored by them.
